And here is a tip for you, please stop with the REVOKE stuff. This company is NOT even close to being revoked. You and others have NO proof to think this will happen. Even if this were a possibility, it could be years!!

Uhmmm, there is irrefutable proof by the lack of SPNG filing as it is required to as a reporting company.
Holding a non filing reporting company is Russian roulette, you could be just fine for three years or it could be revoked tomorrow. That is a fact.

There are only two possibilities, bucks:

1) All the back filings are restated, the 10K is filed and life goes on;

or

2)SPNG doesn't file, is revoked,and life ends.
