They have already started an investigation and have lots of evidence when they suspend a stock. They do not just suspend on hunches.

Yes the SEC questions financials and or statements.........but they do not say if something is for sure at the moment wrong....they have to investigate first....could be found that there is no wrong doing...

The SEC found enough wrong with SPNG in their preliminary investigation to suspend. Thats a bad thing for longs.
