People have to read prs more closely.

And understand that a news source printing a pr means nothing. That's what they do. It's not an independent confirmation of the pr's content.

The contents of the pr is nothing to get excited about.

Read it more carefully.

They "completed" an LOI. Period.

Once it's submitted (lol) and then an agreement is reached (!) a pr will be put out saying it has been finalized.

THEN, ENCS will be a distributor. Again, nothing to get excited about.
