Yes 08 also. You have appeared somewhat negative with ckgt managment throughout your posts. Why? I've turned this upside down and have failed to see anything negative other than an oversight here. Companies like cpqq dilute to the tune of 10 mil with a huge discount to the price and people find positives. Same way with bspm on dilution and a huge discount. Here we have ckgt which sells 2.1 mil shares at 10% discount to the running tally on a prolonged time frame of 6 months. Then a non cash charge and they did something terrible...don't understand where this is an issue. tia...Steven
