The $erk that hits the bid do not allow him to win,by reloading lower.You will break him.He is losing his shares, and I am sure he is pissed.He is hitting the bid to break the buyer to stall.
If I was the buyer I would take all his shares and I would have him chase to get back in the .007 area.
