For someone who's talked out of both sides of their mouth since this 'wacky for weed HESG craze' began, I find your post laughable. There has been no proven shorting of this stock and until there is, no reasonable person should think that a 'short' exist. How would I prove that it's not a short, when I don't believe a short exists?
