Read it again. It was FILED on December 9th 2009-NOT BOUGHT. Also the As-Of/On dates shows the amount of shares HELD on that date. Also, not BOUGHT. Why would a mutual fund buy 30K shares of a triple .000 stock?? It was back when this stock actually traded in the pennies. Reading is fundamental.
