Well, I doubt Winick will show up anytime soon on any filings or associated with any sublic company due to his legal troubles. The association between Winick and this company are the 2 who are listed as the head of this company. They are were appointed as the head of BKMP, Winick's last scam. There is no information on either of these supposed world class business people. Burka was first refered to as a woman with BKMP and is now a man. There is no information on either and when Samai was questioned by multiple shareholders of his past, he dodged the question and just stated he has experience with large corporations.
Do you see how odd that all sounds? How this Reno person fits in is still up in the air. His numbers are listed in association with this company so I am assuming he is the shell broker who Winick bought this from since all of Winick's many many shells are pretty much history.
