funny post..... funnier how it seems the biggest attacks on the company come from those that own not a single share. what horse do they have in this race?

whats frustrating is all the assumptions and postulating being made gets in the way of real DD sharing.

If I promised to pay you cash simply for being a shareholder of mine on a certain date, told you that cash was fully funded and ready to be paid but them I never paid it, refused to explain why and then tried to make up for it by taking over a new shell and offering you stock in it after the previous shell stock fell by 99.9% would you be sattisfied or would you feel ripped off?

99.9% would feel cheated while the .01% who make money off of those situations would say "forge the past and focus on the future"

I feel it is warranted to warn others of the dangers associated here. Personally people are free to buy and sell this at their leisure but one should always have both sides at their disposal correct?

Why couldn't they just do the right thing when it was ANVH? I'm assuming the mistake you talk about was claiming ANVH would pay a dividend and then not bothering to pay it. That's a pretty big "mistake". Wasn't the dividend only like 200K or something? Fischer could have just sold one of his 10 houses to pay it. There's no reason at all for anyone to think this will do anything but go straight down to sub-penny.
