That's an option and frankly a reasonable one.

BUT it doesn't look like they will need to in the immediate future.

I don't expect to see an S-8 this week.

I'm not the greatest at putting a puzzle together but an r/s is not what is on the CEOs mind right now.. Just look at the filings, piece together the order of operations.. He is doing exactly what I would do to protect my company and shareholders.

And I'm pretty sure Texas Twister knows a thing or two about pennies.
