Hi righty - hope the holiday is treating you well - I ran away from the weather and hanging with the sun.

Weather is 22.5 and sunny and the beaches are just about perfect. No people and lots of space.

On the NUEC front - I think something happened between the PR you posted and recent news, because the last PR clearly lists an international agreement within the relationships controlled by NUEC.
