What's the best format (gif,jpeg) to save an image for posting on a webpage? I tried that program you and Reid were discussing this am and it is pretty versatile. Without purchasing though, you have to put up with an ad on each image which you could edit out but that may be more trouble than it's worth. You have the option of saving in various formats and varying qualities but the top quality jpegs are large (the one I tried was 376 kbs) and there was a compression option available. What does that do to the image quality-wise. I guess to add to this ramble, can you tell me how to best do this stuff? <gg>
