Lone Grey, Excellent post I think most everyone here feels the same way. I would just like to add, Monk has built an Army of traders and as he has stated, when we stick together on a solid stock everyone will make money. We all probably came here to make money and in the process have made some fantastic friendships.

When I have time to write as well thought out a memo as yours I'll tell you how Monk has blessed 3 generations of my family. I have no doubt that he literally added time to my fathers life with his heart and wisdom. He is a treasure! And he is stuck with me as a lifelong friend as I'm sure he is with many more in The Den.

That is a truly awe inspiring story. I've been trading stocks/currency for years and still haven't seemed to break out of the breaking even curse. I'm hoping I can learn a thing or two from Monk/and friends and duplicate the success I see on this board. Very very awesome!
