Let's focus on how we take the investor's money what's been put in and diluted so far, and get this amazing rock out of the ground and into the balance sheet, then.

Rocks have been in the ground for millions of years. Getting them out is all that counts... as you can see by the PPS... exactly where it was before.

shipped to the Asarco smelter from a lot of approximately 500 tonsrecently produced at our mill, as follows:

could mean they drove it down in a pickup!

900miles (way to expensive for shipping anything by truck!esp. copper!)

PR: Not much, but some positive....

While good news, it's also disappointing that today's PR only reports on something that is a relative sideshow to the main event. With that said, let's take away the positives and the new factual information here:

1) They advised that we did recently produce and ship 500 tons.
2) Gold and silver credits are good, more than we expected.
3) We know the name of the smelter (Asarco).
4) We know the name of the assayor (Jacobs Assay Office).

Interestingly, (I just received the PR email from CM), in the sentence below the assay results table, he highlighted the words "previously shipped". So for anyone thinking that we have only sent 500 tons, it seems he's stressing that we have sent more than that. Now (and here's the failing), how much more is anyone's guess....

So, while I would have hoped for more, at least we got this. And although it's meager, for what it is it's very positive. In a way, this is like being a starving man who is getting fed a one ounce portion of the best steak in the world. It's great, but when viewed from a P.O.V. of absolute protein intake, definitely not sufficient to sustain one for very long. As good as this is, we need more. I've already sent an email to Charles saying as much. Probably won't do much good, but it can't hurt to let him know that basically, we are still not placated by this.

The MILFORD MIRACLE tosses us a bone.......... This ought to freshen the board up a little bit as we assess our Christmas stocking.

"from a lot of approximately 500 tons recently produced at our mill"

I really think that the implication is that of a 500 ton accumulation received at Asarco that the following assay studies would have been applicable. Oh my, I am so amused by the sentence structure. Well, perhaps it means that part of 500 tons produced was shipped to Asarco and that these assay results pertain to that partial of the 500 tons produced. I am just not sure that I can draw any conclusions other than that the assay report looks promissing.

I just have to figure that the schools I went to taught a different kind of English or that the games continue or the exclusion of wording that would allow calculations of values have been intentionally omitted. Think so!

And this one: "This represents significant gold and silver above the average copper concentrate previously shipped and higher than the company had projected."

Who actually talks this way anyhow? How about adding a couple words so that the sentence really makes sense and means something. average contained in copper

MILFORD, UT--(Marketwire - December 22, 2009) - Copper King Mining (PINKSHEETS: CPRK) today announced that it has received "CERTIFIED" Gold and silver assays from Jacobs Assay Office for the concentrate shipped to the Asarco smelter from a lot of approximately 500 tons recently produced at our mill, as follows:
