Why is he stalling?O/S maxed and no increase in A/S. Someone here said Colorado doesn't require updating share structures, but the SEC sure as heck does. Check Edgar....nothing. So what could possible be the alterior motinve for stalling Dale?

Liens go against tangible assets, not corporations. Umm, maybe that's why you don't see anything, it won't ever be there.
