Correct, I don't understand why people can't see that. Clearly you can't close acquisitions without funds. Funding is done. Time to move on.

That may be so, but there is no way that you are 100% convinced of this.

I'm hopeful, but also know that this has some signs of falling apart as well.

While we're all hopeful, we're certainly not out of the woods yet, and I don't think you can draw ANY conclusions about the funding based on what we have (or haven't) heard.
