In the meantim would like to see it climb on anticipation. If the JV is supposed to be that huge then folks should be jumping on the stop in bigger numbers now...Ask slapping died at 2.85 Yesterday....not many rushed in at 22...In the end I am betting all these low numbers may be forgotten...That will also usher in a better grade of investor as well
