imo what's impressive is duff & phelps included this acquisition in their research because it's real. was the deal delayed since may? of course it was. but the cornerstone of the bear argument here on the board has been "scam".
it's pretty clear to me duff and phelps isn't in the business of doing research for scams, and they didn't choose these names in their report arbitrarily.
when QASP's real deals close, with real $$ behind them, this report from duff and phelps will come into play, to generate significant money flow. in fact, i'll bet it's already had an impact. jmho.
