i agree, CB. this wasn't some knee-jerk decision by duff and phelps to include QASP, based on them noticing a "pink sheet pump" PR, as the bears would like us to believe. not imo. looks to me like they've got a reputation to protect in a very specialized niche, and they've got global reach with investment banking.
