I personnally, for my own investment curiosity, sought opinions from people having done business with John Fleming in the past and can assure you, based on their comments regarding their dealings with him, that he adhears to this policy as well.
Any manager worth his salt knows this and will respond accordingly to correct temporary shortcomings.
NetFlix has been in this business 5 years, check their churn rate. This is a new industry with room for lots of players. The base price is currently being established by those players and the normal workings of competition will continue to weed out those who are unable to operate efficiently with the customers needs foremost in mind. I truly think JF has what it takes to make GZFX successful. JMHO
