Fish.. do you think there is anything preventing the EC (when formed) to actually pick the current WMI lawyers to represent them? I mean.. Weil and co already have all the information.. its more paperwork for them but it would be easier to have one more lawyer from the same company represent the EC too. Or would it be a conflict of interest? Any thoughts anyone?
