Steve: The company cannot expect positive shareholder support unless it a) issues periodic audited financial statements, b) elaborates details of the Apple Rush Maui LLC agreement, c) explains the Garden Bevs "bait and switch", d) details Apple Rush Inc ownership positions and explains why Rushnet has no stake in the firm, e) stops issuing misleading, fluff or fantasy PRs, f) shows the connection, if any, between Apple Rush Inc and Rush Beverages Inc, g) lists O/S and A/S and annual salaries of principals, h) details the private placement and expected dilution from that and the convertible debentures, i) explains the discrepancies in FY 2007 financial statements and i) details remuneration (assuming shares) given to Big Apple Consulting. If they want shareholders to get positive, that's a good way to start. My daughter (accountant for a large firm) approved this post although she thinks the company is a joke. :-)
