You say: "Maybe Luiten sold him some of his own shares?" It just don't work that way! You ask me to prove Luiten did not do this?
Luiten gave his money?..To raise the $570K Zenergy shows on its books. And to pay for the Greenlight deal. Is this the best theory you can come up with?
Mr. Luiten's 66 million shares were given to him personally. They are not Zenergy shares. You claim Mr. Luiten sold his shares and then gave Zenergy the money? Add the IRS to the ones looking for Mr. Luiten. That's in addition to the lawsuit and UCC Tax Lein.
Zenergy's own Financial filing says IT exchanged 3.8 million shares for $570K cash - NOT LUITEN OR ANYONE ELSE! BUT the TA shows - NO NEW SHARES!
From the Filing..
Zenergy International Inc (ZENG) received $570,000 as a result of a direct investment from a Third Party Investor in exchange for 3,800,000 shares. Part of this cash infusion was used to pay open liabilities and this quarter expenses for a total of $318,711.63 and $250,852..65 remained as cash available to the business.
