The first part of your statement is correct, but it's worse than your words convey. Company is de facto bankrupt. If these questionable shell game operators admit to over $4 million in losses and over $2 million in debt, the reality is possibly much worse. As to second part of the statement, it's conjecture. Where's the hard evidence of material sales? I mean HARD evidence from second-party retail or wholesale sources, not some claim in one of their fantasy PRs. This group fudged 2007 financials and has published fantasy PRs over the years as has been documented. Based on their shabby history, everything they say is suspect, Pollyannas notwithstanding.

Let's not forget that Apple Rush Inc is morphing into a royalty only non-production company. The action, if any, is being moved to their private Apple Rush Maui LLC. They've kept the details of the royalty agreement secret. I wonder why? Could be that APRU gets a pittance and the group takes the lion's share? LOL
