Humm that is a lovely name. It is strange. It means the volume is on upticks hitting the Ask and lower volume on downtics etc.
It is suppsed to mean acculumation. How do you explain it in terms of what the players are doing? It looked like savvy buyer to me accumulating without running it up, but it is a rare thing to see.
Normally I use MFI in a crash when it goes below 20 then rises back above. But that is a stock in a crash.
