All was never lost. Rosen had no choice but to make that statement based on the current A < L. Walrath obviously feels differently because she let the Trustee move to the next step which is to contact the biggest shareholders for an EC formation.
I have to agree I got a bit scared. Sold off 2/3's of my holdings at .146. Had a change of heart and rebaught the same shares at .12. I'll try not to cave next time. :)
