That's exactly what the trustee was there for, and now we have even more time. All the info will be there next week.

Seriously, people didn't know that WMI was going to argue against the EC? They have been against it all along. Again, they DON'T work for the shareholders, their battle is with JPM and the FDIC. Wait until the EC is formed and we have our OWN lawyers, you'll hear a little different kind of talk in court, this whole thing just got waaaaaaaay better. The truth is, before this week, we had little hope of recovery, now we are in the game.
