To the best of my knowledge, Hochschild doesn't own shares of GDMN. But JV partner on that property that GDMN made the great discovery. So I would suspect that Hochschild would be very interested in participate in the IPO and then gradually increase holding just like GORO and Lakeshore. I hope Hochschild won't take over GDMN at this price.
