boy o boy financial you need to take a step back. Paynes plane was on a straight course with NO radio action, and with NOTHING else going on, they could intercept it very easily.
NOW, 911 comes and there are UNKNOWN jets flying at UNKNOWN targets........ok, here is more.........these jets are UNKNOWN, we have not a clue which ones are going where as the FAA calls for all to land and some have taken other courses.......by the time its all figured out...........BOOM, it is done. I believe there were others in the sky that never finished what they had planned due to the grounding.....it happened too fast, and there was too much chaos to fly after each plane until just after the last one crashed.........
You need to get your head checked there, and quick imo...
