ouch indeed. that does suck. lol. this is what haps when you got people willing to pull the trigger to early on passing the news.


This might also be the case of an over-ambitious distributor who might've painted the wrong picture.... but i'm leaning towards the company as the one who screwed up based on history.

In light of what you just posted, it's even worse that the company never corrected or retracted that PR but instead silently removed it from their website? That steams me, as an investor and now former believer in their ability to run the co.

Either incompetence or inability to analyze accuracy, slick word-trickery for tactical purposes, or dishonesty... none are good traits in a management team.

onewhodoes- you might consider a post of the cities reply over on FB and send a Special email to SB, and ask them what the story is? Seeing as when INTK/SB did that Naples-Intk PR in Sept., according to your Fairbank's reply it does not square well with the truth at all.
Man this could have some far reaching implications.

Too bad that the Cities reply is the only UPDATE we have gotten on the Fairbank's project, after a few requests by other posters. Now the Mayor and the City Attorney are involved, and say the PR is largely fabrication in so many words, too bad! Who will believe any future PRs now?

I would assume that INTK must have been contacted by the City attorney, (I believe someone said they took the info down off their website), although your reply does not specifically state it, it does say they are rather concerned/upset. The potential consequences are not good. imo.
