IMO Washington Mutual Inc was ROBBED & restitution is on the way...
The banks were not insolvent when they were siezed (actually well capitalized according to the OTS who authorized the siezure), they were not sold in a proper bidding process to gain the most for creditors/equity holders, JPM could have possibly been behind the ratings drops as well as siezure, US Bankruptcy Trustee wants a shareholder equity comittee formed, and it's almost beer thirty!
