Duster re:CREG
Thanks for mentioning it. We spent about 30 min looking into it and the income and revenue growth are sizzling.
They are in an area of the marketplace [waste heat to energy conversion] that has huge potential.
Basically we like what we can understand about the company and are wary about what we can't understand. There may be nothing "wrong" with what we cant understand but since it's what one doesn't know that can bite, we temper enthusiasm with something that may be important that we don't know.
The issue raised by a Yahoo poster is the company's capital structure which is not in their opinion "shareholder friendly"
Capital structure would include equity, preferred stock etc.
We're no expert at understanding the capital structure even if presented with all the data...in this case we were unable to locate information about the capital structure. Possibly it's out there but we did not run into it yet.
We will definitly keep an eye on it as it's one of the more interesting ideas we've checked out in a while.
It may be worth a starter position just to make sure we do follow it. It can be easy to forget about stocks as each day brings so much new information.
thanks again for mentioning it.
We'll go back once again and look at the charts over various time periods.
Oh, we did go to the company's web site and read most of what was offered there. We were impressed that they gave at least lip service to integrity being very important in everything the company does.
