They took the stops and are accumulating? I don't really know, QCOM should have held, and now I'll use any rally to bail on it, not necessarily back to $28, I fear a new box in the 18 to $24 may form soon. I'll watch and see how a bounce to $24.90 is handled, if taken out without much hesitation, I'll stay longer, if by the end of the day $24 was not "taken back, I'll be out as well.
