Josh Marshall is saying there is flurry of lawsuits going on in Ohio, but not getting reported in the media, but i don't know for sure. Reading some of the lawsuits were being filed while some of the precints were still voting.

PROVISIONAL BALLOTS IN OHIO....CNN just reported that there are 200,000 provisional ballots in Ohio. So if anyone wins by less than 100,000 or so, we won't know the winner until the provisionals are counted. And who knows how long that could take?

UPDATE: Apparently the answer is 10-11 days.
