Go: You don't take a IP shot across Google's bow using a blog. In the US, counsel will tell Iain he can NEVER use the media to target a potential licensee. If he thought Google was a potential licensee, he would have given a 'no comment.'

The upside here is Google can bring consumer awareness to the marketplace. They also have the clout to get industry committees moving.
