Not that I know of... the fact that overseas assets (which are substantial) are NOT involved in the BK filing is HUGE IMO and makes this one of those special cases like CEMJQ.

They already have approved a portion of the DIP financing, the hearing on friday is for approval of the rest of the DIP financing.
