We had some fantastic ones at the Dia de los Muertos festival at Seattle Center this weekend. Green Chile chicken in Banana leaves. I was expecting Oaxacan style, and shocked when I took my first bite, but never-the-less they were terrific.
The tostadas and tacos were terrific too. It was a great little "puesto" and I'm sure they made a killing...
