Just as I thought. We will see another balance statement in January prior to that hearing. We will see how much their cash position improved in November, 2009.
I am also seeing something in reference to their retention/bonuses.
It is an order approving a Wind Down Incentive to James Marcum seeking approval. Documents were sealed under court order. Bummer. I assure you that would definitely give us some kind of idea what direction they are considering or if there was any money left over for the shareholders. This is expected to Take Place January 14, 2010.
Many objections to the original plan still need to be addressed and they are also be scheduled for Jan. 28, 2010.
