Of course, one has to ask..if the JV was so signed, sealed and delivered..how come it hasn't been announced yet?
I do think a JV contract was likely completed back in November but they have not "closed" on yet until a)the gov't approval process regarding the DL600 for the partners is completed and b)the BOD's of Medinah/Cerro have issued a resolution endorsing the the JV agreement at which time Juan and Les will sign it(as officers of Medinah Chile and Cerro Chile) making it a completed..announceable deal.
Couple of other points, as of earlier in the week, it was clear the BOD's had yet to receive the 10 page english summary of the JV contract so it would be most difficult for them to endorse the JV without seeing it first! The other, the DL600 process does seem to be VERY close to be completed if not already done. This shouldn't drag out much longer but once again-another holiday season has arrived in time to really test one's patience!
