Why can't it be that they were phase I results, there is no pivotal trial running yet, and that approval is therefore a ways off?
I don't know if everyone is getting spoiled again by the market or what, but it seems there is a lot of complaining about why my stock X isn't constantly rising after a single good result in a small trial.
