The exact attrition rate could only be known if it were released by GZFX... however, I doubt even GZFX knows its attrition rate. I've read (literally) hundreds of messages from angry subscribers - subscribers who received extremely slow service, incorrect DVDs and/or games, and had to deal with customer service so bad that I felt sick reading about their experiences.
