Good additional DD. Daniel C. Vaughn is one of two Directors of QASP and outstanding attorney at law practicing in WA.

Could you also add "Article of Association" and Memo of QASP to the DD list? This legal document is very important to update the A/S and O/S and many other info from NEVADA state.
