like i said. if wowgreen had access to that much capital and were that serious about this going public move, in my opinion, they would have gone straight to investment banking houses to get their issue underwritten and hit the naz. a clean shell stinky pinky costs about $500k-$750k. this smells as rotten to me as their collaboration was with eeso. stinks in my opinion. this is stinky pinky land, and i think that by itself is a caution sign. so, like i said...nobody was buying this at .005 2 weeks ago. company was diluting and selliing was ongoing. all imho.
