I exchanged emails with Luiten. He is clear when he wants to be. So, why doesn't he just say he is adding another reactor? He talks about "due to schematics" and anticipating.. Nothing proprietary here. Proprietary = the biggest load in Pinks. If those previous owners had anything proprietary, they would have sold it seperately to the big boys or just used it to keep their plant open - no proprietary here.
It's one reason I believe nothing I can not alternately verify in these PRs. The man can be clear if he wants. He is not and his Restricted Share financing does not check out with the TA!
