Fundamentally, IMO, the time to play/buy MRK is when they slash the dividend. If at all. I think I'll pass on it. Too much litigation risk now.

MRK - what a disaster. I sold at the opening yesterday and wrote calls all the way down and chalk it up as an expensive education. Figure 25K cases with life minus life-expectancy and I come up with about the same number (>$12B) as one of the analyst quoted in the press. $25 FV maybe.
