As discussed before, this is the share structure as reported by the CEO. There are no audited financials and no way to verify any of this data for accuracy. Additionally, Pinksheets does not make any policy as to accuracy. Therefore, the share structure is in question.
Doesn't seem the guy is doing anything with this company. If that is the share structure one could buy 51% of the company even at the "premium" (lol) price of .001 (just over $100k). If they wanted to go public thats pretty cheap to gain control, fire everyone, and do what they want with the shell. Anyone interested?
