I got it. Obama buy's a ton of Iraqi Dinars. They RV. The United States pay's off all the trillions of dept. Were once again walking in High cotton.

I appreciate the link Aerospace. I just cannot figure why Capitol One and Wells Fargo was selling it, but this link says they wont exchange it. Sounds kinda of fishy? or illegal.
