I bought mine in Kuwait a year ago. As I stated before, the contractors were buying iraqi Dinar, directly from the banks in Kuwait. Since, I was restricted to the base, a contractor, purchased my dinar for me. She said " hold on to your money, it not a matter of if, but when" . I am not going to sell mine, I would rather my 9 year old reap the benefits, if my time does not.
