Nor has it lived down to the pessimistic view from those who only sling mud. We have a producing mill which is a lot further than some were predicting.

lol right any/every stock goes up and down cprk has been bouncing all over the place
I could name 1000's of stocks getting hit hard right now but I don't care to
I've been in several that were sitting side ways trading or next to no trading that ran after 6 months 2000%
which with cprk would be .12 from .006
very easy to do and I believe in time good things will come to those that wait but
if this fails that so what life goes on and always new places to make $$$$

I just talked with the TA and we have no increase of the share structure.

I asked them the period of time it takes for the new OS and/or Float to be entered into their systems. They asked me to please clarify that under NO circumstance does it take them 6 months to get the structure entered. This is done daily and is fully computerized.

Frankly the TA was shocked that anyone would even think a 6 month delay is possible.

If anyone would like to verify the time frame info and/or the numbers, the TA's number is in the Ibox.

Nope, our TA is doing just fine. Plus I don't keep up with Wilf Blum and what stock he's attempting to run this week. I don't trade any of the stocks he has and don't intend to.

One of my friends read the same site you're quoting. Imo, what is being said there is nothing more than mumbo jumbo and SO yesterday...the link they gave was 23 years old! I take all that with a grain of salt and normally take into consideration whose opinion it is.

Imo, obamanomicz has been incorrect with his CPRK dd, share structure estimations, and the chart that determined it was time to sell at .005, JUST PRIOR to CPRK going to .0082.

If you have a problem with our TA then make your own estimations of the share structure. I personally believe their count to be accurate and up to date.

Prior to 1975, the functions of transfer agents and registrars was unregulated. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) noted that the substandard performance of transfer agents was a significant contributing factor to the paperwork crunch during the 1967-1970 penod. Congress responded by amending the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to require the registration of transfer agents. Disclosure is the key to these changes. The SEC indicated that shareholder rights need to receive “adequate expression”. Compliance with this policy requires establishing lines of communication between the issuer and not just the registered owner of a security but also the beneficial owner when the securities are registered in the name of a clearing corporation or a securities depository.

The basic function of the transfer agent is to maintain accurate records of shareholders and of creditors holding registered debt securities. The registrar must maintain accurate records of the number of shares authorized and outstanding, and the amount of debt actually owed and represented by debt securities. The SEC's rules seek to ensure the accuracy of securityholder records and require that there be an accurate posting to keep the records current. The minimum records that must be kept are the "master securityholder file," representing the stockholder ledger on which the transfer agent records the "certificate detail" for each security and the "control book," kept by the registrar, which shows the total number of shares authorized and outstanding on the principal dollar amount of debt authorized and issued.

That includes our TA's handling of CPRK.
