I don't have a hard time imagining it burning to the point of failure.

But it didn't. The fires weren't particularly fierce and they weren't particularly hot. After all, you guys keep saying that it was because the jet fuel was so hot that the two towers fell even though jet fuel isn't hot enough to melt steel. But nothing like that happened with building 7. Also, I'm sure you know that no steel building has ever collapsed because of fire even after burning for days. The towers fell at free fall speed in about 45 minutes.

I also thought the black box part was interesting. I wasn't aware(if it's true) that none were recovered.

It is a coincidence that not a single black box was recovered even though that's never happened before. I found it interesting that they've recovered black boxes even in the depths of the ocean but nothing from the 9/11 attacks.
